Order Tracking

Incorrect Shipping Information
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the shipping address is correct at checkout.
À la Vi Boutique is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
À la Vi Boutique is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once they have been handed over to the shipping carrier.
If your package is marked as delivered but not received, please contact the carrier directly to file a claim.
Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@alaviboutique.com:
