Are your items authentic?
À la Vi Boutique uses authentic pre-owned luxury materials sourced from previously owned products. Each piece is carefully repurposed to create a one-of-a-kind design.
Are you affiliated with luxury brands?
No. À la Vi Boutique is an independent boutique and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or associated with any luxury brand or designer. All trademarks, logos, and brand names remain the property of their respective owners and are used only to identify the origin of the pre-owned materials.
Do items come with a certificate of authenticity?
No. Because the original materials have been altered during the upcycling and customization process, the original certificate of authenticity or documentation may no longer apply. For this reason, certificates of authenticity are not provided for upcycled items.
Are your pieces one-of-a-kind?
Many of our pieces are made in limited quantities or as one-of-a-kind designs due to the nature of sourcing pre-owned materials. Once an item sells out, it may not be restocked.
Do you offer custom orders?
Yes! À la Vi Boutique offers select custom pieces depending on material availability. If you are interested in a custom design, please contact us through our website or social media.
How long does shipping take?
Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days. Shipping times may vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout.
Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Due to the customized and limited nature of our products, all sales are generally final. However, if there is an issue with your order, please contact us and we will do our best to assist you.
