Authenticity & Upcycled Materials Policy

À la Vi Boutique specializes in the creation of customized, upcycled accessories and jewelry made from authentic, pre-owned luxury materials. These materials are sourced from previously owned items that have been carefully selected and repurposed to create unique, one-of-a-kind designs.

All items sold by À la Vi Boutique are independently redesigned and upcycled. As a result, the finished products differ from the original form of the materials from which they were sourced.

À la Vi Boutique is an independent business and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or associated with any luxury brand or designer. Any brand names, logos, trademarks, or insignia used remain the property of their respective owners and are referenced only to identify the origin of the authentic pre-owned materials used in our creations.

Because the original items have been altered during the upcycling and customization process, the final product should not be considered an original item produced by the respective luxury brand.

In addition, once an item has been repurposed or modified from its original form, the original brand’s certificate of authenticity or related documentation may no longer apply. For this reason, certificates of authenticity are not provided for any upcycled items sold by À la Vi Boutique.

À la Vi Boutique takes care to source materials believed to be authentic; however, all redesigned pieces are sold as upcycled fashion items and not as original luxury brand products.

By purchasing from À la Vi Boutique, customers acknowledge that the products are independently redesigned, repurposed creations made from authentic pre-owned materials and that the boutique operates independently of any luxury brand owners.
